- Only one character per account, please and thank you. I want everyone to have a chance to get to play someone. In character creation, there will be a list of who is taken and who is not. Please check before you declare yourself that character.

- While on this note, I want to stress that there will be ZERO TOLERANCE for fighting over taken characters. Guys, it's first come, first serve; if fighting does insue and the people involved cannot seem to reach an agreement, then neither one will get the character. You will then have to pick someone else. If you then decide to get testy with me about how I'm being unfair, your account will be deleted. That simple.
- OC characters are allowed. In fact, I encourage them! Jut make sure that in your bio you give enough detail about them. I want to feel like these characters have been in Hetalia all along.
